Hi Vicki - I'm sure I have it in a magazine at home - I think it was a Patchwork and Stitching. I made a few of these a good few years ago. Will have a look when I get home.
Hmm bot sure what it called but made a similar one few yearsback, let me if u gets tuck with pattern and i will see if i can locate it
