Well yes, we did come back to the coldest part of Australia!

What a wonderful time we had in the sun - 2 weddings, 2 gorgeous quilting shops, lots of walks, great food and meeting up with an FIS friend at Robina Shopping Centre! I managed to knit the front of a vest for my sister whilst we were driving, read two large books with smallish print and finish 3 small stitcheries for something special. Came home feeling relaxed and ready for anything - well that changed, cos I was so relaxed I was almost horizontal and didn't do too much of anything when I got home, LOL!

We have an Arts and Garden Expo coming up at school on 9/10 October, so I have been busy doing bits and bobs for that. All my finishes for this month are for that weekend and I need to use every spare minute of the next few days to keep working on it.

Tomorrow is a public holiday for the Burnie Show so I am going to be flat out cutting, stitching and finishing off stock for the stall next week - so I shouldn't be online!

Looks like you had a great holiday!
Your finishes look good, are you having your own stall at the expo?

Glad you had such a good holiday; much-needed, I'm sure. How is Glenn? You've been making some lovely things, Vicki; I especially like the stripy runners.
